At PRAXEIS, it’s our job to think ahead, evaluate pros and cons, and anticipate what-ifs. Our team is experienced in the development and implementation of strategic plans, scenario planning, marketing plans and corrective action plans.
To gather the information needed for the planning process, we will design and conduct focus groups and one-on-one interviews with older consumers, sales personnel or targeted consumer segments. We will also review focus group audio/videotapes as part of our marketing audits and offer a second opinion.
Marketing audits and consultation on ads, promotions, consumer education programs and special events are also available on a limited basis.
PRAXEIS professionals can also plan and facilitate board planning/visioning retreats as well as strategic planning, positioning and problem-solving workshops.
